Parents/guardians must always supervise their children.

Please encourage gentle play to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all children.

For hygiene and safety, socks are required to be worn by both children and adults while in the play area.

The play area is designed for children aged 0-6 years.

Please help us keep the space tidy by picking up after your child before you leave.

If your child is feeling unwell or has symptoms of illness, we kindly ask you to visit another time to ensure the safety of others.

Please note that outside food or drink are not permitted expect baby food & water bottles – NO food or drink allowed in the play areas.

Please report any accidents, concerns or issues to a member of staff immediately.

The café reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who do not comply with the play area rules or pose a risk to themselves or others.
